Presented by MAGMA - Multicultural Association of the Greater Moncton Area - the festival dates includes Canadian Multiculturalism Day - June 27th.

Rendez-Vous offers a wide variety of activities including great food, fair trade craft sale, featuring Ten Thousand Villages, lively music and exciting dance at the all-new World Village tent located at Victoria Park from June 25-27.

There will also be a series of educational workshops offered throughout the week, addressing community engagement and facilitating healthy dialogue in an effort to combat racism and cultural insensitivities.

This year's festival is planned to be the biggest and best multicultural festival this region has ever staged!

This multicultural festival - Rendez-Vous - welcomes newcomers to the community and promotes multiculturalism in Moncton and its surrounding areas.

30 years ago, a group of Moncton residents created MAGMA

MAGMA’s mission is to enrich and enhance the wellbeing of the community by fostering and nurturing respect, understanding, acceptance of and assisting people from all heritages. The organization carries out this goal through the Multicultural Rendez-Vous Festival, as well as a variety of other strong programs.

New Brunswick welcomed 5,000 new immigrants in the past year and more than 200 settled in Metro Moncton!
