Terrain Group has been the cornerstone of many important developments
throughout the Maritime Region. As land development experts, they offer
complete services in the fields of engineering, planning, and surveying
with an emphasis on civil and municipal design, construction inspection
for certification, land development consulting, transportation and
traffic engineering, and legal surveys. Terrain has offices in Moncton,
Saint John, and Dartmouth, serving communities throughout the
Maritimes. A growth-oriented company, Terrain has recently expanded
westward, opening a new office this year in Edmonton, Alberta.

Moncton Office is located at 55 Driscoll Crescent in the Moncton
Industrial Park, which is home to a growing community of hugely
successful business and industrial ventures. Terrain has contributed
greatly to the changing profile of the Greater Moncton Area in
particular, with many important projects to its credit, including all
of the industrial parks in Greater Moncton.
As the company has
grown, so has the need for additional staff. Terrain is currently, and
on an on-going basis, seeking new employees to join their talented team
working on wide-ranging, exciting projects, such as the Uptown Dieppe
project, the most recent expansion to Caledonia Industrial Estates,
Carriage Hill Subdivision in Riverview, Fox Creek, and the Caribou
Wind-Energy project near Bathurst. Terrain also is currently providing
land surveying services to the City of Moncton through a 3-year
standing offer.
